Herbs and flowers with a thistle heart. An inspiring Scottish garden combination. One of the cocktails from our Outlander themed cocktail bar.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50 ml Thistle Flower Dry Vermouth
- 25 ml rosemary syrup
- 25 ml lavender syrup
- soda water, to top
- lemon slice, thistle flowers and strawberries, to garnish
Method
- Add vermouth, spirit, and syrups to an old fashioned glass over ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with a small amount of soda water.
- Stir briefly.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, thistle flowers, and strawberries.
