Herbs and flowers with a thistle heart. An inspiring Scottish garden combination. One of the cocktails from our Outlander themed cocktail bar.
In an old-fashioned glass pour the Thistle Vermouth, Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the Rosemary and Lavender syrups. Stir, add top up with a small amount of soda water, garnish with a slice of lemon, thistle flowers and strawberries and serve.
Ingredients
- 50mls Thistle Flower Dry Vermouth
- 25mls Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml Rosemary syrup
- 25ml Lavender Syrup
- Ice
- Soda water
- Slice of lemon, 2-3 thistle flowers and strawberries to garnish
