We think chilling our Birch and Elderflower spirit brings a touch of drama to serving and some subtle shifts in flavours. The core flavours remain the same with hints of vanilla and creaminess coming through.   1. Pour the spirit directly from the freezer into a rocks glass.
  2. Serve neat or over ice as preferred.
