A frith is an ancient Scottish hunting forest. In this cocktail, it brings together two iconic Scottish trees, the larch and the Scots pine, for superb depth of flavour.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml green ginger wine
- 25 ml Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup
- ginger ale, to top
- lemon slice, to garnish
- Scots Pine Tincture, to float
Method
- Add the spirit, green ginger wine, and syrup to a highball glass over ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Stir briefly.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
- Float a few drops of Scots Pine Tincture on top.
