A Frith is an ancient Scottish hunting forest and in this cocktail will bring two iconic Scottish trees together (the Larch and the Scots Pine) for superb depth of flavour.
In a tall glass pour the Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the green ginger wine and Scots Pine syrup. Stir, add a generous pour of ginger ale, garnish with a slice of lemon. Finally add a few drops of Scots Pine Tincture to the top and serve.
- 50ml Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit
- 25ml Green Ginger Wine
- 25ml Scots Pine Syrup
- Ginger Ale
- Slice of lemon to garnish
- Few drops of Scots Pine Tincture on the top
