A Frith is an ancient Scottish hunting forest and in this cocktail will bring two iconic Scottish trees together (the Larch and the Scots Pine) for superb depth of flavour.

In a tall glass pour the Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the green ginger wine and Scots Pine syrup.  Stir, add a generous pour of ginger ale, garnish with a slice of lemon. Finally add a few drops of Scots Pine Tincture to the top and serve.


  • 50ml Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit
  • 25ml Green Ginger Wine
  • 25ml Scots Pine Syrup
  • Ice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Slice of lemon to garnish
  • Few drops of Scots Pine Tincture on the top
