The Hamish Henderson cocktail. A celebration of the life and work of Hamish Henderson, taking inspiration from one of his most famous songs, “Freedom Come-All-Ye”. This song was described by Hamish Henderson as expressing his hopes for Scotland, and for the survival of humanity on this beleaguered planet, and these sentiments are entirely relevant today. We use ingredients mentioned in this great song and drawn from the area around Blairgowrie, Hamish’s town of birth, for this special cocktail. This cocktail was created to celebrate the unveiling of Sandy Moffat’s “Scotland’s Voices” painting at a special exhibition in Blairgowrie Town Hall for the Hamish Matters festival in 2019.

- borage flowers, to garnish
