Deep, round and deliciously red
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50 ml italian red vermouth
- 1 tsp cherry liqueur
- lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the spirit, vermouth, and cherry liqueur to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
