A cocktail like a citrus tangy kiss from your favourite kilted Scotsman.
In a cocktail shaker add the Larch and Honeysuckle spirit, the Birch and Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice and ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a martini glass that has had the rim salted.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50 ml lime juice
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
- salt, for rim
Method
- Prepare the glass by coating the rim with salt.
- Add the spirit, liqueur, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
