A continuation of our Summer rose and lemon dream collaboration with Scents of the Wild.
In a cocktail shaker add some ice cubes and pour in the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, Birch and Sloe liqueur, lemon juice, rose-petal syrup, rosehip syrup and apple juice. Shake vigorously, strain and serve. Garnish with slice of lemon and rose petals.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml wild rose-petal syrup
- 25 ml rosehip syrup
- 75 ml apple juice
- lemon slice and rose petals, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and rose petals.
