A continuation of our Summer rose and lemon dream collaboration with Scents of the Wild.
In a cocktail shaker add some ice cubes and pour in the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, Birch and Sloe liqueur, lemon juice, rose-petal syrup, rosehip syrup and apple juice. Shake vigorously, strain and serve. Garnish with slice of lemon and rose petals.

- 25mls Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25mls Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25mls Lemon Juice
- 25mls Wild Rose-petal syrup
- 25mls Rosehip syrup
- 75mls Apple juice (clear)
- Ice
- Lemon and rose petals to garnish
