We have rewilded our farm to regenerate biodiversity. We sustainably hand-pick our botanicals that are then lovingly crafted into delicious drinks in our Scottish distillery.

Prestige

Our spirits and liqueurs have won recognition and multiple global awards for quality. Our first ever spirit, Birch and Elderflower, won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019. Our Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit won the highest award of Double-Gold at the same competition in 2020.

Process

We work uniquely with each of our Scottish botanical ingredients to carefully extract the flavours we desire. Using grain spirit and mineral-rich spring water from the farm we use a wide-range of techniques to extract and distil the spectacular flavours for our Highland Spirits and Liqueurs.

We have regenerated biodiversity on our farm by adding habitats and multiplying plant numbers. Not only are our products plastic free, we also aim to help Scotland reach its Net Zero Target by reducing our dependency on importing similar products from abroad. Our Wild Scottish Bitters helps to reduce our dependency on tropical bitters that are associated with a high carbon footprint.
