Add everything except orange to mixing glass. Fill two thirds with large chunks of ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Express and place some orange peel.

- 20ml Birch & Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml Arrack
- 30ml Coconut Old Tom Gin
- 20ml White port
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Orange express and peel
